Terms of service
These terms apply when you order from Your 3D Prints. By placing an order you agree to them.
Made to order
Everything we sell is made for you after you order. Because each piece is personalised, small variations in colour, finish and size are part of the handmade, printed-to-order process.
Mockups and approval
For personalised items we email a mockup before we print. We start making once you approve it. Please check spelling, names, numbers and dates carefully — we make exactly what's approved. If we don't hear back, we'll follow up; orders left unapproved for 30 days may be cancelled and refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Shipping is charged at checkout.
Turnaround and delivery
Most orders dispatch 3–5 working days after mockup approval, with larger or more complex pieces taking longer. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to your address.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Let us know quickly if you need to change or cancel — we can usually help before the mockup is approved. After approval, production has begun and we can't cancel. Personalised items aren't returnable for change of mind. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as approved, contact us within 14 days and we'll remake it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Your content and intellectual property
When you send us artwork, logos, photos or team branding, you confirm you have the right to use it and you allow us to use it to make your order. We may decline any request we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful or offensive. Our own designs, photos and website content remain ours.
Liability
Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as missing an event date due to courier delays.
