How long does it take?
Mockup within 1 business day. Production 3–5 days from approval, then tracked NZ shipping.
What's the mockup approval process?
We email a digital preview of exactly what we'll print. You approve, ask for changes (free), or cancel. Nothing prints until you say yes.
What materials do you use?
Durable acrylic and high-quality PLA. Suitable for bags, keys, indoor and light-outdoor use.
Are there personalisation limits?
Single line, up to about 24 characters works best. Longer? Drop us a note in the order.
What about returns?
Because each item is custom made, personalised items aren't returnable unless they arrive faulty — in which case we'll remake or refund.
Do you ship outside NZ?
NZ shipping at launch. International coming soon.
