Privacy policy

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, the personalisation details and any reference photos you send us, and basic order history. If you pay online, your card details are handled by our payment providers — we never see or store them.

To design your mockup, make your order, send it to you, answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about new products. We may show finished work in our gallery or on social media; tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we won't.

Only the services that help us run the shop: our online store and payment providers, our courier, our email tools and our website hosting. They can only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your information.

Photos you upload are stored privately and are only accessible to our team through a secure link. We keep them while we make your order and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a remake. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

Our site uses cookies to remember your cart and to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the shop may stop working properly.

We advertise on Google, Facebook and Instagram. To measure how those ads perform and to show our ads to people who are most likely to be interested, we use tools provided by those platforms — including the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms) and Google Ads and Google Analytics tags (from Google).

These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about how you use our site — such as the pages you visit, what you add to your cart and what you buy — and share it with Meta and Google. They may use it to match your visit to your account with them (for example using a hashed email address), to measure ad performance, and to show you our ads on their platforms and on other sites across the internet based on your past visits to ours (this is called remarketing).

You can opt out of this kind of advertising at any time:

• Google: visit Google Ads Settings to turn off personalised ads, or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page to opt out of other third-party advertising cookies.
• Facebook and Instagram: adjust your Meta Ad Preferences.
• You can also block advertising cookies in your browser settings.

We never share your order details, personalisation text or reference photos with these platforms beyond what's needed to measure ad performance, and we never sell your information.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it out.
